Every time I have been to this car wash I have been very pleased! I love both full and self serve! The self serve bay has compressed air, sprays, vacs and always clean towels. Full service is quick and thorough! You can wait inside or outside in comfortable areas. Enjoy their specials, especially happy hour!!
This car wash is located on Buford Dr, I have a busy schedule and I dont have time for car wash but this with place I find out solution, cos this place is entry of Sam's club. I got car wash, gas and grocery in less time ever. It was an amazing experience. They have plenty of free vacuum cleaner so no point to wait. Different package and promotions. I will recommend give them a chance you will like my idea.
This place is great people are Nice and friendly. Ashley she stands out answered all the questions I had, was very nice about it, she made me feel that I have been coming here for years and it’s my first time come. Because of how nice Ashley was, I’m gonna get a membership here. Jake was amazing, he took care of my dogs accident without complaint or frown… Between Ashley, Jake and Chris they made me decide become a member today. Chris is the best dude ever, kept me laughing. If The three employees or staff members that I interacted with or any indication of how all the other staff members are, I’m really going to like switching to this car wash in becoming a member..
The service, both oil and car wash, was quick, friendly and competitively priced. The car wash even had a supervisor keeping an eye on things for quality control. Everyone I met was pleasant and I felt like a valued customer. I will return often and refer my friends here.
Beyond disappointed with this place. I've gone there multiple times and had a great opinion about Pelican Bay but now I will no longer be a customer of theirs. First off, you need to CALL them before regarding prices. I pulled up this Saturday and everything was $10-$15 more than what I paid before AND what is advertised on their website so I ended up paying more than planned. They need to update their website since they are false advertising. I also paid for a nice car wash with wax and everything and the top of my car still has multiple sap spots all over the top of it. Looks like they didn't even try to get it clean. The inside also has dirt streaks on the radio part that is clearly noticeable and that I had to personally clean off. Definitely not worth the $105 that I spent getting this done!!!!!!!!
