Edit: I went back and they fixed the streaks in a matter of five minutes. I am glad it’s fixed but still disappointed in the overall wash. Staff was friendly and fixed it quickly but it should have been done right the first time.
My grandfather had his Volvo 850 turbo taken here to outside wash, interior cleaned and wash the carpet. No one had told him his car was completed for HOURS! He finally asked about it and told that it's has been done for awhile. I got home from a race when he told me about it. I noticed the radio antenna was down but when turn the car on it would not go up. This car does not have a manual antenna it has a motor on it. You have to TURN OFF the radio for it to go down even if the car is off. The antenna chain broke off inside the housing and it's also bent no happy.
This is the only place I take my truck to be cleaned and they normally do a good job. With that said, however, there have been times where the boys rushed to get it done. I'm talking less than 5 minutes to dry the outside, vacuum the inside, do the windows, and wipe down the interior. Also, they rarely, if ever, take out the floor mats when vacuuming the floor. Windows are usually streaked very badly and a couple times they didn't make sure the bugs were off the windshield. Also, twice now, my truck, which was not cheap, has come out and been sitting in a bay waiting to be cleaned when a more expensive car came out. The boys rushed to clean that car, thinking they would get a better tip. The supervisor almost immediately redirects them to go clean mine, but one time they ignored him and kept cleaning the more expensive car. Overall, they do a great job and the people are kind. Just make sure you inspect your car before you leave to make sure it is up to your standards.
Streaks ALL OVER the front of the car like it was wiped with a dirty towel. Car looked great from behind and inside is clean but the hood of the car is horrible. Did not notice until I parked and the sun hit it.... highly disappointed.
I am a frequent customer of Hamilton Mill Car Wash. Every time I visit, I am impressed by the courtesy of the staff, and more than pleased with the job they do. On very rare occasions, I see something that needs to be corrected. They are always apologetic and instantly fix what has to be done. As a result, I have an excellent experience every time. S Hickey
We stopped across the street for gas on the way home from a trip and decided to get the car washed to get rid of many miles of road dirt (and bugs). If you can possibly have a great experience at a car was...this was it! From the guy that was the manager to the person that took us around to make sure we were happy, everyone cared about the result. And we were delighted to see what a great job they did and -- more important -- how much they cared. It's not "around the corner" for us, but we'll definitely take the ride and return again for another good experience. Thanks to all of you!
