Always crowded, workers dont always do the best job and the prices are horrible. Lobby is also extremely dirty
Dropped off my SUV today for a full detail (wash, hand wax, etc.) The inside was mostly clean & shiny. I found 3 candy wrappers that were missed. The tires were shiny. However, they did not wax my car. If they did, there is no way it was hand waxed as I requested and paid for. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the car when I picked it up. I would have brought it to their attention if I had. I noticed it once I got home. There are still bugs all over the grill & side mirrors. There is dirt and water spots on the hood. The back window still shows the salt deposits from where we were at the beach this past week. The surface of the car does not feel smooth the way it should after being waxed. $75 for basically having the inside cleaned. Now, I have to go outside and rewash my SUV & wax it myself. Owners, I am not interested in an apology, a refund or a redo. You should do a good job the first time. There is too much competition in this area for me to give you a second chance. I will not return to this operation.
Did a good job, but should supply towels for do it yourself users.
The staff always does a great job. I drive for Lyft and my car has to be clean all the time. I go here at least once a week, sometimes twice a week
I brought our truck and hot it handwashed and waxed. They did a great job! The truck looks so good and clean!
