My dog Dan was very sick and I brought him to the pet hospital here. The veterinarian and staff was insured that my fir baby was fine. The veterinarian checked him gave my fir baby the med he needed and how he is playful and back to his ole self
I will NEVER bring my dog here again! They were rude from the time we walked in to me picking up my dog. I do not feel my dog is safe here! Everyone doesn't like animals how they say they do. Management is terrible too! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
My daughter and I just went in the store prepared to buy a parakeet and had an employee treat us so rude we left. Not only was she not helpful she also is very misinformed about that particular breed of bird. As a certified veterinary technician who has worked in avian clinics I know parakeets can be very loving sweet birds and can be handled and even trained. This lady only wanted to argue with us and tell us parakeets could only be kept in a cage. For obvious reasons we left and will buy our bird elsewhere. Please be cautious if you intend to buy a bird here!!!
Great place! Took my little 2 month old kitten for a kitten bath and they did a great job. Everyone was nice and respectful, even in such a chaotic time. She done and ready in 30 minutes!
If 0 stars were possible, I'd start there. Horrible service. Female Store Manager is VERY RUDE and instantly defensive. Dont question this manager, it will set her off. Never returning. This is unfortunately not the first bad encounter with customer service I've had here but its definitely the last.
