Do yourself a favor, and don't get trapped doing business with a company that you cannot reach their customer service. I should have gone with PODS.

The delivery day of the container was even worse. I was told to call the morning of the delivery to find out what the delivery schedule would be. No phone number was provided. Having worked in transportation, I find it silly that they don't know their delivery schedule until 8:30 am on the day of delivery. I had to search for the Buford location's contact number and that number rang and rang until I was disconnected twice. I then called the main corporate number and 4 hours later this time, I was called back to say that I have to call the local facility because they have no information about the delivery other than it can take place at any time during the day. Finally at 4 pm, the driver contacted me and said he would be there at 4:30. I could barely understand the driver as his English was so broken. When the driver finally arrived at 5 pm, my helpers had already left and we had to re-schedule some other friends to help us lift the heavier items out of the container.
1-800-Pack Rat made our moving experience easy! The associates and LDMs were all helpful and instilled confidence in our decision to choose Pack Rat. Delivery of the unit was as promised and all the drivers were competent and friendly. All of our goods arrived intact and on-time. We were so satisfied that we ordered another container the next week! (Our original plan was to rent a truck.) And the price was much more affordable than the "other" container company!
As a small business owner I take making a bad review serious. This company has failed to follow through on picking up my empty container. I have tried to call the local pack rat office several times. The phone rings and then gives a busy signal. I called the 1-800 number 5 times now begging for the container to be picked up. It was supposed to be picked up last Saturday. No one showed up or even made an effort to call. The container is sitting on my new driveway and is blocking people from using the driveway. This has been a frustrating experience and I won’t be using this company again. The least they could do was call on Saturday when they failed to show.
I can't recommend this company The ability to contact them is nonexistent. The option of the return call seems to place you at the bottom of the list until the list has no more people on it. Only then, many hours later, will they return your call. I did not attempt to hold longer than 10 minutes per instance because they give no indication of how long the hold may be or what position your call is in the line. When I brought up the issue that the return call finally occurred over 3 hours later, the lady on the phone just sat there in silence. She did not apologize for the wait or anything.
