Excellent customer service at this store. I like the way I never feel pressured to buy pieces, but yet they are kind and take the time to help me decide which piece I like the best, that fits in my budget whether buying jewelry as a gift or for myself. Mum and Stephanie have helped my husband and I several times and they have been such a delight to work with.
I went in the other day. I am in my early twenties, and I was looking for wedding bands and diamond earrings. At first the older male told me that I looked to young to get married and that he would sign off on the papers for me. Then when I went to look at diamond earrings I informed the women consultaultant that I only wanted spiral back because I sometimes forget to take my earrings out. She looked at me and told me that it is part of being a big girl. Then I called back later to and was scuffed at. Yes I might be in my early twenties, but I am still a customer and can afford a great deal of your jewelry. They were extremely rude and I felt as though I "wasn't mature" enough to wear their jewelry. I have also heard terrible things about trying to get rings fixed from their store. I will not be spending my money there and they should probably invest in some better consultants, but I have talked to others and they are starting to get a bad rep about their customer service.
My husband bought a very expensive ring for me for Christmas. He was going to size it but the sales associate said " no bring it back after." We brought it in and were greeted by a female associate and told her why we were there, she immediately started telling us about the charge for sizing. My husband explained that he was told no charge just bring it back. She went on a 10 minute rant about charging for sizing, and we have never heard of a store not getting the size right when you purchased the jewelry there. Then she asked us about 5 times if we bought it there, YES, we even had the receipt, she then studied the receipt for about 5 minutes like we had somehow provided a counterfeit receipt. Finally since it was a special type of ring she agreed to size it. She was extremely rude and immediately treated us like we did not belong there. First and Last time to JARED!
I went to Jared's Galleria of Jewelry, Mall of Georgia Buford Store. I have done business at many jewelry stores in the past this store is the best, they created a pleasant jewelry buying experiences with follow on customer service that is fabulous. Sales persons Mum and Stephanie were terrific to work with. I will definitely be doing more business with this location.

Went to get my wife's jewelry inspected, cleaned, and have a couple stones tightened up because they were coming loose (told and shown by another Jared but didn't have time to repair that day). The gentlemen that greeted us was very nice but that was the only positive part of our experience. The women at the inspection counter was very busy and asked for some help. The manager came to get us and basically ushered us toward the diamond counter and then promptly turned us around and put us back at the inspection table. The woman seemed annoyed that my wife told her some stones were loose as if we weren't qualified to be making that kind of observation. She took a VERY quick glance at the diamonds and said they were fine and then said they couldn't clean the earrings because they had pearls on them, funny because every other Jared (at least 4 stores in 3 different states) had cleaned the gold for us. They managed to inspect and clean 2 pendants, 3 sets of earrings, and an engagement set in less then 10 minutes. None of it was fully cleaned. We will never be going to this Jared again.
