I was extremely pleased with not only the end product, but also with the way David kept everything going. He also kept us informed during the process, which is very important. The crews were the kind of people that you would like to have in your home. The fact that there was always someone that you could communicate with, even when David was checking another of our neighbors jobs, was a very welcome change. Thank you again, our home looks better than before.
We first used McNail Brothers to have some roof repairs done a few years ago. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the fact that they cleaned up all debris and took it with them once the job was complete. We then had roof damage from a bad storm that came through in 2013 . We immediately decided to give the job to the McNail Brothers because we knew we could trust them to do an excellent job. This morning high winds brought a branch down from one of our tall pines and impaled the roof! Needless to say, I immediately called the McNail Brothers. They were at the house within a couple of hours and the roof is repaired and looks like new! Thank you so much McNail Brothers!
McNail Brothers replaced my front porch, gutters and exterior doors that were leaking. They updated the porch to a more modern look. They worked within my time frame and offered easy financing. They maintained great communication on progress through out the process.
I can't say enough good things about the McNail brothers, their team, and the work they do!They were SO helpful in working with our insurance company when we had a roof leak and needed a new roof at our home in Roswell. Frank walked us through every step of the process and kept us constantly updated. They helped us pick the right level of shingles for our budget & the look for our home and didn't force is one way or another. When the job began, their construction team were very polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were also incredibly patient in waiting for our check from the insurance company so we could pay them. No harassing phone calls, no pressure. These guys are great people and run a great family-run company
Excellent workmanship! Everyone that works there are very nice and extremely professional. More importantly, they clean up after themselves and you would never know they were there. I would highly recommend Mcnail Brothers and would definitely utilize them again!
