Service was quick and always a pleasure to eat great food. They keep their menu up to date with the season, so while they have the classic dishes, they also bring out new specials. Staff works as a team to help serve the customers what they want.
Cracker Barrel is always a great go-to restaurant. The staff are always nice and courteous and don't forget about you until it's time for the check like some places.
Food was okay. Service was least to be desired. What a coincidence, I had horrible service in New Jersey and several states away in Georgia the service is still terrible. The waitress was very sweet, but she was slow, would forget things and we had to make several requests for things. It wasn't even busy. I only come here because my mother loves Cracker Barrel.
There's really not much for vegetarians except for breakfast. If you're vegan don't even waste your time coming here.
Great service and good food. We tried something new - the French dip. It was very good. I would ask them to hold the cheese next time but that's just a personal preference. The fries were hot and tasted homemade.
I have never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel...until now. Took 15 minutes to even get drinks. Over 45 minutes to get food. People who arrived after us ordered, ate, and left before we received our food. The order consisted of a burger, a salad, a BLT, and gravy & biscuit. Nothing complicated or specialized. When food was finally brought out, it was inedible. Even the salad. You could tell the food had just been sitting around for a long time.
