Horrible customer service. Too crowded; your laundry cart barely fits. Very dirty.
The washer and dryer especially gets so hot that they can ruins delicate clothes so you should keep an eye on your clothes.....
Clean, comfortable & convenient. I haven't visited a laundromat in years this one had all of the convenience with the exception of accepting dollar bills or debit cards their machines are is still coin operated. I give it 4 stars because it's nothing new.
I go here because its the closet laundry business to my home. Its a ok place if you are in and out with no problems. But i think they have bad customer service. My daughter put one of her quarters in the wrong dryer by mistake. I told the attendant. To make a long story short she told me she wont make up for the quarter. I know its just a quarter but its not the money its the point. I see they think only about themselves and not the customer. On top of that i had just enough money to dry my clothes. Just that one quarter messed us up because we still went home with wet clothes. I was pissed. I wont come here again.
This is a very clean, well-maintained laundromat. The price is very reasonable
