It's a nice place to come and look at furniture. The sales people don't follow you around like vultures too much, they're actually kinda nice.
One of the better locations of this business. My wife and I have purchased our last two sets of furniture here. Staff is friendly and doesn't hound on you or follow you around and are also patient. They will take the time to mix and match preset packages of furniture to make sure you get what you want, esp if your a picky type of person. Both instances my wife and I shopped here, there were parts of a room package that we did not like. It was no problem for them to walk around patiently with you until a substitution was found to be satisfactory. Just one Big Thing. If at all possible, when it comes to financing, Avoid "Acceptance Now" like the plague. They are located in all Rooms-to-go locations. The first time my wife and I bought furniture (at a different Rooms-to-go location) we chose to finance through "Acceptance Now" and before we knew it. The amount of interest we were charged by missing the 3 month Interest Free Payout Option was the same amount the furniture was. We missed the deadline by 3 days because my wife and I were in the hospital having our daughter. They didn't budge, and stick it to us with there merciless consideration of how to be, treat, or relate to a human being. Don't let that be a reflection of Rooms-to-go.
When the furniture was purchased there was damage to my walls, the "professional" furniture movers threw furniture over my banister and also damaged that. They left a mess in my bedroom all over the floor and refused to clean it up, and I paid for delivery. When I pointed it out to the driver he said "well we're not perfect". Now I get to go through the process of trying to get customer service to send me a form to fill out just to initiate repair in my home. Do not buy from them, it seems easy when buying the furniture but if the stars don't align perfectly the process of getting them to do any repair is more than a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
First, the positives. Great furniture, great salesman, great location. Now the negatives, it ain't cheap. I spent a LOT of money there and they charged for delivery on top of it. They offered me financing at zero percent for five years BUT I wanted to pay NOW. Why don't I get a discount because I can pay NOW? They screwed up the first delivery and brought me a broken chair. They said I'd have to wait almost 10 days for a replacement BUT they managed to get another one out in five days. HOWEVER, that chair isn't working EITHER. NOW Im waiting about two weeks for a technician. I TRIED to be proactive and buy these items in plenty of time for my company but THEY dropped the ball. Here I am STILL waiting for them to resolve this issue. Will I get a discount? I doubt it...
Had 2 very good visits. Spoke with James on Friday and he was great to work with. I wasn't ready to buy that day but the visit was great. I went back the next day ready to purchase and James was out but Randy took great care of me. Delivery is set up for Friday . Will definitely visit this location the next time a furniture need arises.
