Hands down, Carolyn was one of the best employees today. She has such a bubbly and helpful attitude and was no hassle. I enjoyed our mini-chat and she even convinced me to get a member ship , she knows her stuff. If you need help, I recommend asking for Carolyn.
Very nice Bookstore with 2 floors. Upstairs there is even a Starbucks. The staff is mostly helpful but I recommend asking for Carolyn. Also, it is part of the Mall but it's not attached to the main building so you will have to walk to the to get to the main building.
Don't order anything online! Not even gift cards. Their website is so out of date, takes forever to do anything and good luck getting them to resend your gift card.....they said it will take up to 3 days to resend EMAIL giftcard. I will buy from Amazon from now on. Also it took me 3 tries to get a Customer Service person who had a clue in helping me with my account.
Me and my daughter frequently go to story time on Saturday morning and Ms Loretta is the best when it comes to dealing with the kids. After the story and activity we pick out a book or two for us to buy. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Staff here are great. Came in, went straight to the customer service booth, told the lady which book I was looking for (I already looked it up on their website to see if it was in stock) and the lady led me right to the book. She was brilliant. Love this store.
